There are two Mini-Gatherings for 2016/17: Saturday November 5 and Saturday February 18
Events to start at 11:00 am. However, some events may start earlier depending on the number of entries. Check the published schedule on the BCPA website 3 days before the competition for confirmed starting times. Note that the 2016 BCPA Grand Aggregate Awards Ceremony will start at 10:15 am, before the start of the November 5 Mini-Gathering.

October 19 for the November Mini-Gathering, and February 1 for the February Mini-Gathering.
ORDER OF PLAY
All “early bird” entries received by 11:59 pm September 26 will be considered to be randomly received on September 26. Entries received after this date and time, order of play is first to enter, last to play. Orders of Play are published one week before the competition and Events Schedules are published 3 days before the competition, all on the main page of the BCPA website.
To provide amateur players with regular opportunities to test the preparedness of their new competition tunes for the outdoor season.
- The Grade 1 Piping and Snare Drumming competitors with the highest “Super Aggregate” score from the Mini-Gatherings and Annual Gathering combined will receive up to a maximum of $600 CDN toward an airline ticket to Toronto, ON, Glasgow, Scotland, or Kansas City, MO to compete in the George Sherriff Memorial Amateur Invitational, World Solo Drumming Championship, or Midwest Highland Arts Fund Winter Storm respectively.
