Annual Gathering - Grade 2+3 Mini Bands

The 69th Annual Gathering of
the BC Pipers' Association.

22 Mini Bands competed, in front of a packed theatre audience Here is a photo of each Grade 2 and Grade 3 Mini Band, taken immediately after their competition performance. These are in reverse order of play.

A BCPA Mini Band consists of 6 pipers, 2 sides, a tenor and a bass drummer.

 These photos were taken from a distance of about 30+ feet, with a standard flash - they were too dark. The images you see here appear to have reasonable colour and brightness (IMHO), through the use of some excellent image processing software.  (In case you think something looks strange in the photos)

The thumbnails are of only a portion of the full image - the full size images are 4" by 8",  or so.
