Please note:

- Entries including full payment must be received by October 24 2003, or 15 days before the event. Knockout entries must be received by October 24, 2003 (Grey events are closed to entry)
- Entry fees are $5 per event, except where noted (Professional events)
- Competitor Name and BCPA membership number (No.) need only be entered once for each competitor. (If you don't yet know your 2004 BCPA Membership number, use your 2003 number)
- Click to add each event, then your shopping cart will list and total them all.
- the official entry form (click to view the PDF) has all the specific event details (music requirements, venue and other information)
- When you Check Out of PayPal (finalize the payment) you will have a text box where you and add 'other notes'
