Jim MacDonald, a past member of the Seaforth Highlanders of Canada and a past President of the BCPA in the 1970s passed away on July 16. His Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday, July 23, 2014 at 1:00 p.m. at Victory Memorial Park Funeral Centre, 14831 28th Avenue, Surrey.
